This Software License Agreement (the "Agreement") is a legal document that binds registered users ("User" or "Users") to certain obligations contained herein. You should read this Agreement carefully before accepting its terms. You understand and agree that the software application services described below are provided to Users exclusive under this Agreement by the Ramen mobile application, (referred to hereunder as "Ramen", "we," or "us"). By clicking the "Sign up" button, you are acknowledging and agreeing that you are eighteen (18) years or older, that you have read and understand this Agreement, that you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement currently in effect and as updated by Ramen from time to time.
Ramen is a social media application targeted towards college students. By using Ramen you agree to the following:
1.1 The User will never post any adult, graphic, offensive or objectionable content. Posting such content on the Ramen application is not tolerated and will result in termination of the user.
1.2 The User will user their actual active college provided email address to sign up to Ramen. The user can never sign up under someone else’s username
1.3 The User will not engage in any behavior on the platform that maybe considered as bullying or going after someone’s reputation
1.4 The User has read Ramen's privacy policy that can be viewed by clicking here
2.1 Ramen will have the right to review and monitor all use of the Ramen application to ensure compliance with the terms of this Agreement.
2.2 Ramen reserve the right to terminate any user at any time for any reason.
